Registration: time slots are limited. Seats will be reserved after receipt of the registration forms. We will contact you to confirm your place in the program.

Payment policy and receipts: payments are made at the end of meetings via cash or cheques.

In the case of unen stocked checks, a fee of $25 will be charged for each of the cheques.

Occupational therapy receipts will be issued at each session.

Cancellation policy: in case of cancellation of an appointment, please notify us as soon as possible.

Cancellation with more than 48 hours notice: no costs incurred

Cancellation between 24 and 48 hours notice: 50% of the fee will be charged

Cancellation with less than 24 hours notice: 100% of the fee will be charged

How a meeting works:

Customers must arrive 15 minutes in advance.

People must wear long pants, shoes with hard soles and closed toes as well as a protective helmet for equestrian activities. We will provide the helmets for those who do not have them.

Jackets and coats must be attached.

Bracelets will not be accepted as well as earrings if they are not glued to the ear.

Customers are not allowed to carry a phone when they are near a horse.

The choice of clothes must be made according to weather conditions.

Security:

Safety for customers, stakeholders and horses is a priority for us. Thus, when you arrive at the equestrian center, it is important to be aware of the possible risks of working with horses.

Children must be under the supervision of the parents or accompanying adult at all times.

It is not allowed to run in the stable or in the rides, to play with equipment that is not suitable for therapy (poles, blocks, etc.).

Weather:

For the summer, meetings will be cancelled when the temperature exceeds 35 degrees Celsius and -20 degrees Celsius in winter.
